Languages and communication have always been my thing.

But is has taken some time for me to connect the dots and understand communication in a more holistic way.

That’s what I want to share here with you.

I don’t want to share information – that’s just data points – but ideas, experiences and embodied knowing that has come to form the basis of my exploration of being human.

This project is an invitation to self-exploration and embodiment.
